目的

建立井下被困断食大鼠模型,研究断食后机体能量耗竭与脑衰竭及死亡的关系。

方法

选择雄性SD鼠36只,随机分为正常饮食对照组(n=4)和饥饿组(n=32),饥饿组只饮水,不供食。饥饿组根据观察时相点分为3 d组、5 d组、7 d组、9 d组(每组8只大鼠)。观察记录大鼠行为以及体重变化,并测定脑重量及含水量。

结果

与对照组比较,饥饿组在3 d组出现精神状态轻度兴奋,觅食行为增加。随后出现精神状态逐渐萎靡,体重持续下降。7 d组前脑重量与正常脑重量相比较,其差异无统计学意义,至9 d组才显示出明显的差异(P<0.05)。

结论

全饥饿状态对大鼠体重和脑重量变化都有影响。

Objective

To establish a rat model being trapped underground to study the relationship of the energy depletion with brain failure and death after fasting.

Methods

Thirty-six male SD rats were randomly divided into normal diet control group (n=4) and fasting group (provided with water only, n=32). Fasting group was subdivided into 3 d group, 5 d group, 7 d group and 9 d group (n=8 per group) according to the time points of 3, 5, 7 and 9 days after being trapped underground. The changes of the behavior and body weight were observed, and the brain weight and water contents were determined.

Results

Compared with normal diet control group, there were mild excitement and more foraging behavior in 3 d group. There was gradual declining of mental state and body weight in the other three subgroups. There were no statistically significant differences in brain weight between normal diet control group and fasting group until 9 days.

Conclusion

The fasting may exert obvious effect on body weight and brain weight.
