目的

根据交通事故深度调查对交通事故中伤亡人员的紧急救援情况进行统计分析,探讨重庆地区不同道路环境事故及救援的差别,为汽车碰撞自动报警系统的应用提供理论依据。

方法

收集2015年重庆市发生的105起交通事故相关资料,统计分析事故发生时间、天气、地区分布、事故类型、救援时间及损伤情况。

结果

夏季为事故高发季节,且主城区事故发生率较高。在高速公路事故中人员损伤情况比城区道路更为严重(P<0.05)。城区道路事故救援时间为25.27±13.68 min,高速公路事故救援时间为39.26±24.74 min,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且损伤情况与碰撞速度相关(Spearman,R=0.616,P<0.05)。

结论

重庆地区高速公路事故救援时间高于城区道路事故,且高速公路事故人员损伤情况比城区道路人员损伤情况更为严重。

Objective

To analyze the emergency rescue situation of casualties in traffic accidents according to traffic accident depth investigation and discuss the difference of various road environmental accidents and rescue time in Chongqing area so as to provide the theoretical basis for the application of automobile collision automatic alarm system.

Methods

Information on 105 traffic accidents in Chongqing in 2015 was collected and statistically analyzed, including the time, weather, regional distribution, types, rescue time and damage.

Results

There was higher incidence rate of accidents in summer and in the main urban regions. Personnel damage in expressway accidents was more severe than that in urban roads (P<0.05). The rescue time of urban road accidents was (25.27±13.68)min, and that of highway accidents was (39.26±24.74)min, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The damage was related to the collision speed (Spearman, R=0.616, P<0.05).

Conclusion

In Chongqing, the rescue time of highway accidents is longer than that of urban road accidents, and personnel damage in highway accidents is more serious than that in urban roads.
