敌草快(diquat,DQ)化学名称为1,1’-亚乙基-2,2,-联吡啶二溴盐,与百草枯同属一类,均为联吡啶类除草剂。随着百草枯的禁止生产,敌草快作为其替代除草剂在农药市场中占据重要地位,市场销量剧增,而敌草快中毒的患者事件也逐年增加。敌草快中毒目前并无特效解毒剂,可快速导致肾脏,肝脏,肠道,神经系统等损伤,且目前缺乏特效的解毒剂,临床以对症支持治疗为主,导致敌草快中毒的病死率较高。本文报告了1例口服大量敌草快且治疗延迟而最终临床治疗成功的患者,为敌草快的治疗提供一定的临床经验。
