康复机构领导是康复机构的有机组成部分。
本研究通过问卷调查法，对80家湖北省康复机构中156名康复机构领导关于康复员工的需求进行调查研究。
研究发现：康复机构领导认为现有员工的男女比例配置失衡、专业背景单一、康复行业人员稳定性差等。
文章在对康复机构领导期望分析的基础上，结合康复员工的现状提出了一些针对性的建议。
To investigate the current situation of children’s rehabilitationrehabilitation personnel andleaderships needs of employees.
Needs of rehabilitation personnel Survey Questionnaire was used to investigate 156 leaderships from 80 rehabilitation agencies in Hubei province.
there are some gender imbalance, single professional background, low stability, which affect the stability and development of the rehabilitation.
The rehabilitation development needs to be improved inspecification of the proportion of male rehabilitation staff, professional background knowledge and continuing education and effective incentive mechanisms.
