目的

将3D打印模型应用于骨盆骨折外固定训练中,探讨其应用效果。

方法

选取60名2019年1月至2020年12月在天台县人民医院就职、规培轮转的外科医师,用随机数据表法分为对照组(n=30)和实验组(n=30)。对照组医师采用传统教育方式进行教学,实验组医师采用3D打印模型进行教学。比较两组医师的骨盆骨折外固定训练评分及教学满意度。

结果

实验组骨盆骨折外固定训练评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。实验组教学满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。

结论

3D打印模型应用于骨盆骨折外固定训练中,取得了较好的培训效果,有助于提高诊断效率,适合在基层医院推广与应用。

Objective

To explore the application effect of 3D printing model in external fixation training of pelvic fracture compared with that of traditional education.

Methods

Sixty surgeons working in Tiantai County People’s Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were included and divided into control group (n=30) and experimental group (n=30) by random data table method. The control group was taught by traditional teaching methods. The experimental group of doctors used 3D printed models for teaching. The scores of pelvic fracture external fixation training and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.

Results

The scores of external fixation training in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). The teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).

Conclusion

The application of 3D printing model in the training of external fixation of pelvic fractures has achieved good effect, which is helpful to improve the diagnostic efficiency, and is suitable for promotion and application in primary hospitals.
