探讨SimMan 3G模拟系统与案例教学法(CBL)相融合的教学法在急诊围插管期情景模拟教学培训过程中的应用效果。
以2021年度在南京大学附属鼓楼医院急诊科规范化培训的住院医师作为研究对象,对照组采用传统安妮模拟器联合CBL的教学方式,实验组采用SimMan 3G模拟系统联合CBL的教学方式。培训结束后,以理论测试、临床技能操作两种形式评价住培医师对相关知识的掌握程度,并以问卷调查的形式进行教学反馈。
与对照组相比,实验组学员培训后理论成绩无明显差异,但临床技能操作成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。问卷调查结果显示,实验组学员在教学互动性、学习兴趣、临床分析应对能力及总体满意度评价优于对照组(P<0.05)。
SimMan 3G模拟系统与CBL相融合的教学方法能提高急诊住培医师围插管期模拟教学的培训效果,提高急救能力,为急诊住院医师规范化培训提供了新思路。
To evaluate the application value of SimMan 3G simulator combined with CBL method in teaching of emergency tracheal intubation.
A total of 48 resident physicians participating in standardized training in during 2021 were selected as the research objects, who were randomly divided into two groups, with 24 residents each. The general Annie simulator was used in the control group while SimMan 3G simulator was used in the experimental group. The training pattern of all participators was based on case-based learning(CBL)teaching. At the end of the training, a theory test and a clinical skill test were carried out for the standardized training of resident physicians.The differences were compared between the two groups.And the teaching feedback was conducted by a questionnaire survey.
The questionnaires survey showed that the teaching of interaction, learning of interest, clinical analysis ability and total teaching satisfaction rate in the experimental group were higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).
The application of SimMan 3G simulator combined with CBL in teaching of emergency tracheal intubation can effectively improve the training effectiveness and enhance first-aid capabilities. It provides a new idea for standardized training of emergency resident physician.
