Result QLQC-30 total score and each dimension score of the observation group were higher than the control group, pH, SaO2 and PaO2 were higher than the control group and PaCO2 lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence rate of complications in the observation group (3.85%) was lower than that of the control group (19.23%), while the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (80.77%) (92.31%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
