Abstract:
Objective To improve the ability of nurses working in the emergency department and critical care department to discover clinical problems and research creation.
Methods The scientific research creation processes before and after the establishment of the scientific research creation team were set as the control group and the observation group. The observation group implemented the team scientific research creation in six phases. The six phases included: collecting and screening clinical nursing problems, searching literature, identify research topics, writing papers in small groups, discussing and revising papers in teams, and publishing research results. To observe two sets of research projects such as project approval, paper publication, the proportion of core journal articles, and patent achievements.
Results Adopting a problem-oriented team scientific research creation model, compared with the group before the establishment of the scientific research thesis creation team, there were statistically significant differences in the subject writing, patent achievements, and the publication of the papers (P<0.05 and <0.01 respectively ).
Conclusion The problem-oriented team creation mode can significantly improve the ability of nurses to discover problems and enhance the creative enthusiasm and scientific research creativity.
