Abstract:

Objective

To analyze the application value of the post competence training model in emergency and rescue training of public emergency.

Methods

From March 2016 to March 2018, 46 medical staff in a hospital were selected as test subjects, including 18 males and 28 females, aged 24 to 45 years. They were divided into experimental group and routine group by random number table method, with 23 medical staff in each group. The training mode adopted by the test group was post competence training mode, while the training mode adopted by the conventional group was routine training mode. The two groups were compared in terms of post competence of medical staff, patient feedback scores and patient satisfaction.

Results

After training, the response time, hospital consultation time, opening time of infusion channel, implementing time of rescue measure, complete shunt time and patient stay time were significantly better than those of routine group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After the training, the theoretical and operational results of the two groups were significantly higher than those of the normal group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After training, the standardized feedback score in the experimental group was significantly higher than that before training, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), and significantly better than that in the conventional group (P<0.05). After the training, the satisfactory rate of the patients was 95.00 % and 77.50 % in the routine group and was significantly lower than that in the experimental group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).

Conclusion

In the face of public emergency hygiene, the training model of the position competence in emergency rescue training for medical personnel has good effect, which is worthy of wide application in emergency rescue training.

Key words: The position wins the power, Public emergency, Emergency response training
