Abstract:
Objective To analyze the 12-lead electrocardiogram T wave period (Tp-Te) and at the end of the period between QT dispersion degree (QTd) and the correlation between the severity of coronary heart disease (CHD) and the value of the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.
Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted in 50 cases of healthy physical examination and 50 patients with coronary heart disease, the clinical data were compared between the two groups, including Tp-Te, QTd difference, correlation between the severity of coronary heart disease (CHD), and value in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.
Results Tp-Te and QTd in CHD group were higher than those in healthy group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). In CHD group, Tp-Te and QTd were positively correlated with degree of coronary artery stenosis(P<0.05). In the diagnosis of coronary heart disease, Tp-Te and QTd had a higher sensitivity, specificity and accuracy; the analysis of Tp-Te and QTd values played a significant role in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease (P<0.05).
Conclusion Tp-Te and QTd are significantly correlated with the severity of coronary artery disease, and therefore these have significant values in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.
