Abstract:
Objective To investigate the application and care of critically-ill patients with dynamic central venous pressure monitoring in ICU.
Methods A total of 102 cases of critically-ill patients with central venous pressure dynamic monitoring and care were analyzed and the clinical efficacy was compared.
Results In 102 patients who underwent dynamic CVP, the joint self-releasing occurred in 6 cases and a tendency of hemorrhage in 2, with no infection observed. Healing rate was improved and the incidence of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome and infection were significantly decreased, with obvious improvement in the nutritional status (P<0.05).
Conclusion Strengthening monitoring on central venous pressure and care for critically-ill patients in ICU can reflect the changes of blood volume, venous return of blood, cardiac preload status and right ventricular function in a timely manner, which may help clinicians in avoiding excessive or deficient infusion and provide reference for application of diuretics, and also can promote recovery of patients.
