Constipation after stroke and nursing intervention of cognitive function

Abstract:

Objective

To explore the Cognitive function, Cognitive function, CF) of nursing intervention on constipation after stroke (Const1Pat1on) in patients with clinical effect.

Methods

106 patients with constipation after stroke in accordance with the digital meter method is divided into two groups at random, 53 cases were given routine nursing and behavior intervention; Observation group 53 cases in the control group on the basis of giving personalized nursing intervention cognitive function, analysis of the clinical effect of the two groups.

Results

Observation group after the intervention treatment of constipation symptom scores 2 (2.43 + 2.28) significantly lower than the control group (3.97+ 2.20) points (t=7.526, P<0.05), the observation group after the intervention treatment MMSE score 2 (28.57-2.63) significantly higher than that of control group (27.49+ 2.98) points (t=0.597, P<0.05), the observation group after the intervention treatment 2 BI score (91.76-13.49) significantly higher than that of control group (80.61+ 14.34) points (t=0.912, P<0.05).

Conclusion

Cognitive function training of the nursing intervention can significantly improve cognitive function in patients with constipation after stroke (stroke) (CF) and daily life ability (ActivitiesofDaily Living, ADL), also can significantly improve the symptoms of patients with constipation, worthy of clinical application vigorously promoted.
