Analysis of epidemiological characteristics of 4 086 patients with critical illness

Abstract:

Objective

To explore the epidemiological characteristics of critically ill patients in emergency department.

Method

First of all, we count the data of emergency critically ill patients in visiting time, distribution area, age, disease spectrum, and then according to the law characteristics of these data, we can get the characteristics and rules of emergency critical patients in the time of treatment, distribution area, age, disease spectrum.

Result

In terms of visiting time, there was no significant difference in the number of patients between normal working time and non-normal working time. In the area and age, the majority of elderly men from rural areas, among them, 70~79 years of age with the largest number of patients; In the disease spectrum, the first three diseases are circulatory system diseases, respiratory diseases and endocrine system diseases.

Conclusion

According to the above data, provide the objective basis for the emergency manager to arrange the manpower rationally; In the field of business training, to guide emergency medical personnel to strengthen the "chronic diseases of the elderly" learning.
