Abstract:
Objective To explore the impact of the optimization of rescue process of group events on improvement of the emergency nurses emergency knowledge, the rescue skills and clinical ability.
Methods A retrospective analysis of rescue process of emergency mass incidents from October 1, 2015 to September 30, 2016 was conducted, then the deficiencies were found and the process was optimized. During the implementation to optimize the rescue process from October 1, 2016 to September 30, 2017, problems were found in the implementation process, the reasons were immediately analyzed, the process was rapidly optimized. The patients under the control group were the patients before the optimization of the rescue process. The patient under the observation group were the patients after the optimization of the rescue process. The success rate of rescue, rescue time, satisfaction of nurses, first aid knowledge, first aid skills and the clinical ability were compared between the two groups.
Results The success rate of rescue, rescue time, the satisfaction of nurses, first-aid knowledge and skills of the hands are significantly improved in the observation group. The clinical nurses working ability is also significantly enhanced (P<0.05).
Conclusion The implementation of the optimized rescue process not only improves the emergency response of the nursing staff but also increases the first aid knowledge and skills and clinical ability of the nurses. It is useful to improveimprove the success rate of patients and shorten the rescue time and increases satisfaction degree of patients.
