Abstract:

Objective

Object to analyze the current situation of pre-hospital emergency in the basic level hospitals of Wujiang area，find out the existing problems of pre-hospital emergency，put forward the reasonable countermeasures，and provide some reference for the future development of pre-hospital emergency in the region of Wujiang.

Methods

To research the 13 819 cases of pre-hospital emergency from December 2012 to December 2014 from eight basic level hospitals of Wujiang area，based on disease sort，the wounded from injure，on-site treatment measures and pre-hospital emergency response time，analyze the effect of the basic hospital on pre-hospital emergency，find out the existing problems and put the corresponding solutions.

Results

This group of case of pre-hospital emergency findings showed the proportion of young and middleaged patients was the highest and the male proportion was higher than women.While researching disease distribution of pre-hospital emergency，the percentage of trauma was the highest，about 66.8%.Secondly，cerebrovascular disease had share of 12.8%.However，the highest of mortality rate was poisoning，about 13.0%.In 13 819 patients，the death rate of pre-hospital emergency was 7.3%，of which 85% of patients died at the scene.The study also proved that the shorter pre-hospital emergency response time was，the lower mortality rate was.

Conclusion

To further strengthen emergency equipment and building of talent team，improve ability of emergency rescue，develop remote mobile medical softwares and ensure urban public and health security were primary mission of pre-hospital emergency in the basic level hospitals.
