Abstract:
Objective
Establish the experimental animal model of coagulation dysfunction by Bromadiolone poisoning.Observe the effect of a new therapy for injecting Compound Amino Acid(20AA)combined with large doses of vitamin B6 on coagulation dysfunction in animal model.
Methods
Experimental animal for male SD rats, were randomly divided into normal group, control group and therapy group, with 8 rats in each group. The coagulation dysfunction animal model of Bromadiolone acute poisoning was made with 4 mg/kg Bromadiolone diluents by gastric lavage. The therapy group was jugular vein injected with Compound Amino Acid combined with large doses of vitamin B6,and the control group was injected with physiological saline.72 hours later, observe the changes of coagulation indexes of rats.
Results
The new therapy group compared with the control group after treatment,Prothrombin time(PT)(16.3±5.20)s was significantly lower than the control group(24.51±4.70)s,t=3.31,P<0.05;Thrombin time(TT)(21.04±5.66)s was significantly lower than the control group(26.59±3.40)s,t=2.38,P<0.05.The activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)and fibrinogen(FIB)had no significant differences between the two groups.Fibrinogen(FIB)(2.96±0.35)g/L had no significant difference with the control group(2.68±0.63)g/L,t=0.67,P<0.05.The data of activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)can not be fully detected by instruments or statistical tested..
Conclusion
Injecting Compound Amino Acid(20AA)combined with large doses of vitamin B6 can obviously improve the rats'coagulation function of Bromadiolone acute poisoning.
