Abstract:

Objective

To investigate the effect of the self-made calendar on the compliance of bladder perfusion patients with Gland Cystitis and post-operative Bladder tumor.

Methods

A total of 49 patients with Gland Cystitis and post-operative Bladder tumor were enrolled as control group in two hospitals from January 2014 to March 2015, and another 49 patients were enrolled as experimental group from April 2015 to July 2016. The control group accepted routine nursing care of bladder perfusion, and the experimental group accepted the self-made calendar on the basis of routine nursing care of bladder perfusion. The patient compliance, the patient satisfaction and the disease recurrence rate of the two groups were evaluated.

Results

There were significantly statistical differences between the two groups in patient compliance of bladder perfusion and patient satisfaction. Compared to the control group, the proportion of the bladder perfusion completion was significantly improved and the recurrence rate was significantly lower in the experimental group.

Conclusion

The self-made calendar can significantly improve the patient compliance of bladder perfusion for Gland Cystitis and post-operative Bladder tumor, improve the patient’s service satisfactionand reduce the recurrence rate.
