Operation and application status of internet hospital management in our hospital under the normal prevention and control mode of COVID-19

Abstract:

Objective

To explore the current situation and significance of the operation and application of internet hospital management in our hospital under the normal prevention and control of COVID-19.

Methods

A total of 29, 116 patients who received medical treatment in internet hospitals from June 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects, and the number of patients receiving medical treatment, gender, age, number of visits, types of diseases and other information in different periods were analyzed.

Results

The number of return visits and total admissions in the internet group in 2022 was significantly higher than that in 2021. Chi-square test showed that there were significant differences in gender, age and number of visits between the Internet outpatient patients in the 2021 and 2022 groups, and most of them were female, aged 40-59 years and had 2-3 times of visits. The analysis of internet diseases suggested that most of the internet visits were patients with malignant tumors, hypertension and diabetes.

Conclusion

Internet hospital has played a positive role in the normal prevention and control mode of the novel coronavirus epidemic, especially in the whole intelligent management of chronic diseases, which is worth promoting.
