Abstract:

Objective

To explore and analyze the influence of pre-hospital emergency nursing intervention on the success rate of rescue for patients with multiple injuries.

Methods

Forty patients with multiple injuries admitted to the emergency trauma care unit of this hospital from February 2020 to September 2022 were selected as research objects, and they were divided into average groups according to their admission methods, with 20 patients in each group, including the observation group and the control group, in which the control group was sent by family members and did not receive pre-hospital emergency nursing intervention. The observation group was treated with "120" and given pre-hospital emergency nursing intervention. The rescue situation, operation time and hospital stay of the two groups were compared.

Results

The success rate of rescue in the observation group was much higher than that in the control group, and the time of preoperative preparation and rescue intervention was also better than that in the control group.

Conclusion

Prehospital emergency nursing intervention has an important effect on the success rate of rescue of patients with traumatic shock, which is worthy of further research and development.
