Abstract:

Objective

To investigate the application and effect of sequential pre-hospital automatic cardiopulmonary resuscitation machine and marrow infusion in rescuing patients with cardiac arrest.

Methods

Forty-five cases of cardiac arrest in our hospital were divided into treatment group and control group from September 2018 to September 2020. There were 22 cases in the treatment group, including 15 males and 7 females, aged 23-87 years, with mean (60.5 sesn) years. The average time of arrival at hospital was (18.0±5.9) min, ranging from 10 to 28 min. There were 23 cases in the control group, including 17 males and 6 females, aged 19~94 years, with mean (65.5±18.7) years. The average time to the hospital was (18.0±5.9) min, ranging from 11 to 29 min. The treatment group was given automatic cardiopulmonary resuscitation machine outside the hospital and marrow infusion was established in hospital for resuscitation; the control group was given manual freehand chest compressions outside the hospital and peripheral venous access infusion was established in hospital for resuscitation. The indicators of compression, the success rate of rescue, and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.

Results

There was no significant difference in compression index and adverse reactions between the treatment group and the control group (P>0.05), but the success rate of spontaneous circulation recovery in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).

Conclusion

The application of sequential automatic cardiopulmonary resuscitation machine and marrow infusion in rescuing patients with cardiac arrest is more effective.
