Abstract:
Objective To explore themswitch model" odeh ploreof the combination of two divisions and epidemic prevention in an infectious disease hospital, so as to maximize the hospital’s admission and treatment function and reduce hospital operating costs.
Methods Based on the principle of elastic operation, the trigger point of the core elements was set, the switch model of environment, material and manpower was established to carry out the test.
Results Since the outbreak of COVID-19, thenswitch model" odeh the outbr, two divisions and the combination of epidemic prevention and treatment had undergone four rapid changes, a total of 16 195 patients with COVID-19 infection were treated. The successful rate of rescue was 99.9%, which effectively controlled the nosocomial infection.
Conclusion In the construction of public health and epidemic prevention system, the government’s forward-looking layout and overall planning are the premise of epidemic prevention and control, and the human resource reserve, goods reserve and physical space setting are the key factors of epidemic prevention and control. The construction of emergency human resource echelon led by the Health Administrative Department is the key to prevention and control of epidemic situation.
