The role of PDCA management method in the emergency response system of major epidemics

Objective

To explore the application of PDCA management method in the construction of grassroots party organizations that adapt to the characteristics of emergency treatment of major epidemics.

Methods

By investigating the problems in the emergency treatment of major epidemics applying PDCA management methods, the corresponding improvement plans and implement, were formulated, inspection and evaluation methods were set up, the survey results were compared before and after the improvement; further adjustments were made and the actual results of the construction of grassroots party organizations were investigated so that adapted to the characteristics of emergency response work under major epidemics.

Results

The effectiveness of party building work was improved and a scientific reasonable and effective grassroots party building work evaluation index assessment system was established, by combined grassroots party building work with the construction of a major epidemic response system, which effectively improved the political awareness and business technical capabilities of the talent team. The capacity of emergency response and treatment was strengthened.

Conclusion

The introduction of the PDCA management method into the emergency response system can effectively improve the operability, systematicness and quantification of the party building work.
