Expert consensus on nosocomial treatment of mass chemical injury

Abstract

Abstract:

Massive chemical injury has great social impact and high difficulty in treatment. It is characterized by suddenness, critical situation and polluted site, and it will cause a large number of casualties in a short period of time. Due to the lack of experience in treatment, imperfect process and lack of equipments, clinical management faces many difficulties. How to carry out effective and efficient nosocomial treatment in medical institutions, especially for chemical injury patients in different ways of poisoning and in different batches, and how to carry out standardized treatment are the focus that health emergency experts need to pay attention to. Experts from Jinshan Hospital of Fudan University and the Second People’s Hospital of Nanjing Medical University summed up their treatment experience of massive chemical injury for more than 10 years, and formulated this expert consensus, and provided reference for medical rescue and hospital treatment of massive chemical injury in China in the future.
