Results

26.50% of the staff had high level of acute stress disorder, 70.59% had depression, and 64.71% had anxiety. The total score of acute stress reaction was statistically significant in gender (P<0.05), the total score of depression was statistically significant in gender, occupation, monthly income and distance from the event point (P<0.05), and the total score of anxiety was statistically significant in gender, age, monthly income and distance from the event point (P<0.05). The total score and each dimension of SASRQ were positively correlated with the scores of depression and anxiety (P<0.01).

Conclusion

After the sudden collapse, special attention should be paid to women, people close to the accident center and unemployed.
