Results

All the patients had contraindications to conventional CPR.All restore spotaneous circulation recorery normal blood gas analysis after 30 min.

Conclusions

The rhythmic abdominal lifting and compression cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)can be used in patients with contraindications of chest compression and is worthy of further clinical use.
