Abstract:
Objective To investigate the value of ambulance mobile information platform in the treatment of acute cerebrovascular disease.
Methods We established the hospital emergency central station and the vehicle mobile information platform. The pre-hospital and hospital emergency information was integrated by wireless transmission. The study involved 45 patients with acute cerebral vascular diseases treated by emergency information platform form October 2010 to June 2011 and 39 patients with acute cerebral vascular diseases treated with common treatment from August 2009 to June 2010. The pre-hospital delay time and survival rate were compared between groups.
Results In comparison with before use of emergency mobile information platform, the pre-hospital delay time and survival rate were significant improved after use of the emergency mobile information platform(P<0.05).
Conclusion The ambulance mobile information platform plays an important role in decrease of mortality and enhancement of curative effect for patients with acute cerebrovascular diseases.
